One thing I am very bad at is to sit down and relax! My version of relaxing is to take a hike through the Burren, go for a long walk or take the horse for a ride on the beach! But in a way these things are not very relaxing, especially not for the body and my dear muscles. So this little habit of mine caused me a lot of pain in the last two to three weeks and after my GP told me to just relax and take pain killers I had to go to physiotherapy. But I am so glad I did! I am well able to walk and turn now, but I also learned a little exercise to trick all my muscles into thinking that they are very relaxed. All of that gives me a lot of relieve. And now my job is to detox my body and most of all my muscles!
