Christmas

Christmas is a big deal in our house and we love to stick with traditions! The only thing: our traditions are from Germany (me), Australia and Ireland (my boyfriend and family). So we have a great mix of traditions and costumes in our house.
I got up quite early today to bake some very traditional Christmas cookies. I remember growing up and making these with my mum and brother every Christmas and only for Christmas!

You will need:

250 g flour

70 g sugar

120 g butter

1 pack of vanilla sugar (15 g vanilla sugar)

1 pinch of salt

1 egg

Once you have the dough mixed and ready leave it in the fridge for at least 30 Minutes and then it is ready to go. Roll out and cut, using your favorite cookie cutters! When that is done put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes (180)!
